Meal Replacement Box of 50 Mixed Shakes

This is a great selection of shakes, although could do with a few more flavors. I lost 4lb in my first week, drinking water and exercise. Also felt my stomach tightening which sounds strange but true.

I recently purchased the 50 shake box , I loved every single flavour ! Especially the vanilla! Lost 6 pounds in 10 days! And felt so healthy whilst doing the 800 cal diet.

I ordered a mixture of flavours and absolutely loved this one. Others are all really good but this one is sumptuous! My next order will be heavy on these. Unlike myself, finding shifting the weight this way remarkably easy. I decided to give exante a try having seen amazing results when a colleague used it. Would recommend it for taste and ease of use.

Mixed box of 50 arrived with only chocolate, banana, strawberry and vanilla. To say I’m gutted is an understatement. Wish I’d handpicked.

I am just about to make my 4th order of Exante shakes and that speaks for itself. In March this year I decided that I must do something as I was putting on weight rapidly. I saw an offer for 24 Exante shakes and thought it would be a good way to start a diet and how right I was. I did 2 days of 3 a day but found it too difficult so replaced breakfast and lunch, cooked my own meal and had 2 snacks of fruit. It was so easy to stick to. Firstly these shakes taste really good compared to others I'd tried in the past, they were very filling and with only 400 calories used I could eat the same meal as my family without feeling in any way 'deprived' like you do on most diets. The wonderful thing was I lost weight quickly and steadily so I bought some more packs and tried the bars which I found useful for times when I was out and about. I have continued to lose weight and enjoy exercising so much more. I'm not far off my ideal weight but I shall continue to use the Exante shakes because I find them so quick and easy and I really enjoy them. Favourite flavours : Coconut, Cherries and Berries and Almond Vanilla but they are all good and i find it helps having a variety to choose from.

Love the Irish cream shakes. It is so versatile . Add less water it is like a mousse. Add more water it is like a milk shake. Add water and ice and zap it in a blender, it is heavenly.

It's always nice to return to the basic classics. If I do want a change I add to Vanilla flavour shake, Cinnamon, coffee, and adapt a few flavours I enjoy.

Finally decided to follow through with my diet and having had very good feedback from my Son and Daughter both having had success with the Exante Shakes, after 4 days of 3 shakes a day was 3 kilos less, so far so good.

Surprisingly satisfying and easy to mix. Early days, but the sachets I have tried do not have the often found ' powdery' taste that other VLCD shakes have. Very pleased and very efficient delivery.
