Way better than expected, I loved it !
I never imagined it would be as nice as it was! Made it as a thick pancake/omelet and it was so good my super fussy 5yr old pinched some (yes I was gutted I didn’t get to eat a whole one) to be totally honest there are only a few exante products I do like but I always try something new once then I’m either glad I just got 1 or gutted I didn’t buy more!

Buy one to try first
I was impressed how well this cooked: it didn't stick to the pan and looked amazing.....BUT....I couldn't stomach it and threw it away. My advice is to pop one in your basket and give it a try. You may love it but, like me, you may waste a packet (and your money) if you buy more than one.

Better than expected
Given the mixed reviews I was a bit apprehensive about how these would taste. But as I find the porridges far too sweet, I need to find other breakfast alternatives. They were actually pretty good, especially topped with tiny amounts of wafer thin smoked turkey and red pepper. I used a bit more than the recommended amount of liquid as I thought the mixture was too firm.

Rubber
Sounded nice but I tried it as an omelet, just awful. I'm finding it hard to stomach most of the food really. Think I'll stick to porridge, and bars.

Now I loved these for breakfast
These are my weekend breakfast favourites. Let's be honest, it's a meal that's made into a powder form so are they going to be just like eggs and bacon? No. I scrambled mine, I imagine they would be very odd texture as an omelette, but I loved them. I did have a weeny squeeze of ketchup on them but as scrambled eggs and ketchup are my favourite meal, they weren't bad!

Taste a bit like real eggs
When cooked I must admit it did taste a bit like eggs, but I couldn't taste the bacon or cheese at all.

Rotten Eggs
Like the dreadful cheese and bacon scones, these eggs don't taste of cheese, nor bacon, In fact they don't even taste of eggs. A most peculiar texture - a bit like carpet foam underlay. I had to put ketchup on mine to make it edible. I've learned my lesson here. This is my 2nd order from Exante. For my first order, I chose every item myself. This second time around, I ordered their 2 week selection box. It is filled I think with all the least popular products in their range that they otherwise can't shift. There was not one breakfast shake included in the selection. Won't be making that mistake again.

Unpalatable
I am not a fussy eater at all and I do not expect diet stuff to taste as good as fresh food. I find vast majority of the Exante meals and shakes edible or even, in fact, quite nice. These eggs are quite possibly the worst thing I have ever tasted. They're salty, smell very strange and taste even worse. I could not detect any cheese or bacon flavour. This is the first Exante meal I just couldn't stomach. I only tried it as scrambled eggs, can't imagine it's significantly better as omelette though.

not nice
I really didn't like this at all. I made into an omelette and I just couldn't eat it all. Gave to the dog. He liked it.
