Love it
I've got to admit I was skeptical. I'm a self confessed comfort eater with a huge appetite ,no way was this going to fill me . Well it does and tastes delicious too, if you have a sweet tooth this gives you that kick that you need and you won't feel deprived . I can have my shake , soup and bar and this fills me up all day . I'm not losing quickly but am losing a pound a week which is still weight coming of

Toffee caramel
My first shake starting this diet and I am more than impressed. The consistency was just right, only thing I didn’t add was ice which would have made it nice and cold, but overall very happy and would definitely buy again.
