As the evenings get darker, and the days feel shorter it can often feel like you have been affected by the winter blues. With less natural sunlight and wetter weather it can easily affect your mood and make you feel low and fatigued.

Also, feeling low and fatigued can often lead you to feel de-motivated. To avoid feeling demotivated and to avoid the winter blues, you should when possible consider adding food to boost your mood within your diet.
