Celebrating our #WomenOfexante

We'll be celebrating International Women's Day 2023 by shouting out some of the amazing and inspiring #WomenOfexante, let's meet them!

First up, meet Mel who has lost over 6 stone on her exante journey...

Why did you start exante?

"Hi, I’m Mel and I'm a Mum to 2 young boys. Back in the 2020 Lockdown, my weight reached its peak, so, in May 2021, I decided to make a change.

I tried theweightloss plan and lost 12lbs in my first week, I carried on doing this plan for the next 5 weeks then decided I wanted to exercise as well so I added a few more calories into my plan. And I lost 6 stone 6lbs in 8 months- that's 1/3 of my body weight! I have never felt more comfortable in my own skin, I've gone from 19 stone to 12 stone 8lbs and now I have a BMI of 26 (my BMI was 41 before).  The energy and confidence I have has made the hard work so worth it!".

"To be a #womanofexante feels like a huge achievement, I never believed when I started my journey that I would ever get this far! That in itself is empowering." -Lauren

Our next inspirational woman is Rachel, who has already lost 2 stone with exante and is excited to see how she progresses over the next few months...

Why did you start exante?

"I noticed the exante plan online and knew I had nothing to lose (apart from weight, of course), so I thought why not! It's hands down the best decision I've ever made. I've not struggled with the lifestyle change at all. The bars and shakes are delicious and so filling and I never feel hungry or that I'm missing out. I have a personal trainer too so on days where I train I will add in an additional say 400 calories but it seems to work for me. I still have a journey ahead of me but I'll be continuing with exante as it's the only weight loss plan that has worked for me."

"It means everything to me , to be considered as a #womanofexante is just amazing! before exante, I had completely lost my self-confidence and wasn’t really in a great place with my mindset. When the weight started to come off,  I realised I was capable of anything! In turn, I gained so much confidence and self belief. It really did help me change my life for the better and I hope other women can feel inspired by this!"-Karen

Finally, meet Lauren who has lost over 6 stone and feels more empowered and confident than ever...

Why did you start exante?

“I think the most empowering part of my journey isn't just the weight loss. Instead, it has been finding myself again and gaining my confidence. Also, knowing that I’ve inspired so many other people to start their exante journey is so amazing! I'm down from a size 24 and can now wear size 14 tops and dresses which is something I never thought I could achieve!” .

"exante his given me back my confidence! I am so grateful that my daughter recommended exante! Without the support and encouragement from fellow members in the official group and the amazing products, I might not have reached the weight I am. I can't wait for lockdown to be over so I can show off the new, empowered me!"-Doreen
