Salted Caramel Ice Cream Sandwiches

by @sophie_alexndra18235

Ingredients:

  • 2 exante Meal Replacement Caramel Biscuit Shake (why not experiment with different flavour combinations?!)
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 20ml Almond Milk
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Drizzle of Salted Caramel Flavour Syrup

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C
  2. Combine the ice cream with the Salted Caramel syrup. Spread out on a tray and re-freeze
  3. Mix the Caramel Biscuit Shake, Bicarbonate of Soda and Baking Powder together in a bowl
  4. Add the Almond Milk and mix well
  5. Pipe or spoon the mixture into disc shapes to the size of your choosing (make sure they are all even so you can make a sandwich out of two pieces!)
  6. Bake in the oven until golden (or darker if you want them to be chewy!)
  7. Once the ice cream has set and the discs are cool, spoon the ice cream on to half of the discs, then take a plain disc and gently squeeze together
  8. Store in the freezer until ready to eat then tuck in!
