- They are easy to make. All you need to do is as follows, empty the packet into a bowl and add 100ml (3.4 fl.oz) of cold water. Stir well and leave to sit for 1 to 3 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and add a small amount of oil or frylight. Pour your mix into the hot pan and cook over high heat for a minute on each side.
