The first of our Breakfast Pouches is our delicious Oat Mix, perfect for a comforting start to the day. You can enjoy our Oat Mix in two tasty flavours:Apple or Cherry & Chia Seed. Each mix is made from rolled oats and flava bean protein for a yummy, plant-based morning treat. At just 203 kcals per portion, it’s a low calorie, low sugar wake-up call- the perfect way to kickstart your day! 

So, what can I do with my Oat Mix?  

Baked Oatmeal

What you’ll need:  
  • Oat Mix Breakfast Pouch of your choosing 
  • exante Maple Syrup Flavour Drops 
  • 125ml cold water 
  • Fruits and nuts of your choice for the topping 
Making the Baked Oatmeal:  
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius  
  • Put X2 scoops of your chosen flavour Oat Mix into a bowl 
  • Add 125ml cold water while mixing thoroughly  
  • Once mixed, add your Maple Syrup Flavour Drops to taste 
  • Pour your mixture into an ovenproof dish 
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes 
  • Scatter your desired toppings and enjoy 

Overnight Oats

What you’ll need:  

  • Ramekin/jar 
  • Oat Mix of your choosing 
  • 125ml of cold water 
  • Fruit for topping 

Making the Overnight Oats:  

  • Add X2 scoops of the Oat Mix to your ramekin 
  • Add 125ml of cold water 
  • Mix thoroughly and put in the fridge overnight 
  • In the morning, remove them from the fridge, top with fruit and enjoy! 

Porridge

What you’ll need: 
  • Oat Mix Breakfast Pouch of your choice 
  • 125ml of boiling water 
  • Fresh fruit for topping 

Making the Porridge:  

  • Add X2 scoops of your Oat Mix into a bowl 
  • Add 125ml of boiling water while mixing  
  • When everything is mixed, top with fresh fruit and enjoy  

 

Pancakes AND Waffles?  

Yep, you heard us. You can enjoy pancakes AND waffles with our 2-in-1 Breakfast Pouch which is available in a sweet Cinnamon flavour and a tangyRaspberry & Chia Seed flavour. What you’ll need to make 1-2 crepes:  

  •  2-in-1 Pancake & Waffle Mix of your choosing 
  • 100ml cold water 
  • exante Sugar Free Maple Syrup 
  • Fresh fruit  

Making the crepes:  

  • Put X2 scoops of 2-in-1 Pancake & Waffle Mix into a bowl 
  • Add 100ml of water  
  • Whisk to form a thin batter  
  • Pour your mixture into a preheated pan  
  • Cook for 3 minutes on one side 
  • Flip and cook for a further minute on the other side 
  • Remove the crepe and top with syrup and your fresh fruit 

Waffles

What you’ll need to make 1-2 waffles:  

  • 2-in-1 Pancake & Waffle Mix of your choosing 
  • 100ml cold water 
  • Waffle maker 
  • Fresh fruit 
  • Greek yoghurt 
Making the waffles: 
  • Put X2 scoops of your Mix into a bowl  
  • Add 100ml of cold water 
  • Whisk until you have a thick batter 
  • Pour the mixture into a waffle maker, ensuring to spread the mixture evenly 
  • Cook for 3 minutes 
  • Add your fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt

How to make Vegan Waffles:

  • Stir thoroughly until a thick batter has formed 
  • Pour the mixture in a waffle maker, spreading it evenly  
  • Cook for 3 minutes 
  • Remove and add your Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit
