Kate’s Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients: 

  • 1 x exante meal replacement Pizza Kit 
  • 1 x small egg 
  • ½ x low-calorie sausage (Kate uses Heck) 
  • 2 xcherry tomatoes 
  • 1 x slice lean ham 
  • 1 x mushroom 
  • 1 x Mini Babybel Light 
  • 70ml cold water 
  • 45ml warm water 

Method: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 205°C 
  2. Cook the sausage according to the packet instructions 
  3. Empty the pizza dough sachet into a bowl and add 70ml of cold water. Mix until well dissolved 
  4. Spread the dough on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and place in the oven for 10-13minutes 
  5. Empty the tomato sauce sachet into a small bowl and add 45ml of warm water and stir well 
  6. Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza base 
  7. Crack the egg on to the centre of the pizza 
  8. Add the remaining toppings on to the pizza- get creative with the layout
  9. Place in the ovenuntil the egg is cooked and the Babybel has melted 
  10. Enjoy! 

Alex's Pizza Bianca Dough Sticks and Dip

Ingredients: 

Method: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 205°C 
  2. Empty the pizza dough sachet into a bowl and add 70ml of cold water. Mix until well dissolved 
  3. Spread the dough on a tray lined with greaseproof paper and top with the garlic and Mini Babybel Light 
  4. Place in the oven for 10-13 minutes 
  5. Empty the tomato sauce sachet into a small bowl and add 45ml of warm water and stir well 
  6. Heat the tomato sauce in a microwave (800W) for 15 seconds 
  7. Once the pizza base is cooked and the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and slice in to small strips 
  8. Enjoy!
