Baked Banana Oats

   

What you’ll need: 

  • 1 scoop exante Salted Caramel Shake
  • 120g oats
  • 230ml milk of your choice
  • 1 banana
  • Sugar-free chocolate chips 

Method: 

  1. Blend ingredients together. 
  2. Bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes & enjoy! 

Blueberry Overnight Oats

 What you’ll need: 

  • 120g oats 
  • 1 scoop exante Vanilla Shake 
  • 230ml milk of your choice 

Method 

  1. Mix ingredients together. 
  2. Leave overnight to thicken, add toppings & enjoy! 

Carrot Cake Baked Oats 

What you’ll need: 

  • 1 scoop exante Vanilla Shake
  • 120g oats
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60ml milk of your choice 

Method: 

  1. Blend all ingredients together. 
  2.  Bake for 15-18 minutes at 180 & enjoy! 

Top Tip: For an extra protein boost, add fat free Greek yoghurt for a tasty topping! 

Carrot Cake & Biscoff Porridge Bowl

What you’ll need: 

  • 50g gluten free oats 
  • 200ml plant-based milk 
  • 1 scoop Vanilla shake 
  • 2tbsp grated carrots 

Toppings: 

  • Banana 
  • Blueberries 
  • Carrot cake bites 
  • Some biscoff spread 
  • Gingerbread granola 
  • Melted chocolate 

Method:1. Gradually mix the oats with the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat.2. Cook for around 15 minutes.3. Serve in a bowl, add your toppings and enjoy!
