You can choose your any flavour of low sugar smoothie, but we recommend the vanilla or chocolate for an extra sweet treat, perfect for those dark mornings.

Ingredients
1 cup hot water
1 peeled, ripe banana
1/4 cup (32g) raw chopped walnuts
2 pitted organic dates
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
A few drops of our vanilla Flavour Drops
Method
Place all your ingredients except for the Flavour Drops into a high speed blender.
Whizz the ingredients together until smooth.
Add in your Flavour Drops for an extra boost of taste.
