2 week diet
4I got this, most of the products are good. There will be one or two no matter what I do it doesn't look like its supposed to 😅,i like most of the soups the pasta carbonara is a different story. All and all I've managed to shift a lot of weight, a few more pounds to go. If you need to lose weight I think this is the best one out there.

3I have tried similar weight loss plans and thought I would try the 2 week plan to see how it compares. 1/ the price is good 2/ the variety of flavours of shakes is good 3/ taste of shakes is good That’s where the positives end unfortunately. The bars are dreadful, Cookies & Cream, Peanut , lemon all dry tasteless and I realised that they compliment weight loss because you would simply rather not eat them. The soups are dreadful as are the meals. I would buy the shakes only I’m afraid. Oh and the strawberry bar was nice too. The others bars were not edible in my opinion, and that’s saying something for me.

I’m ashamed to say I have a sweet pallet
5I have thoroughly enjoyed the shakes but then the chicken thia soup is devious. I don’t feel empty in fact I feel full also the snack bars are delicious also I can see me being successful in loosing weight. Also you don’t need any electric blender the one that comes with the pack is adequate.

Great place to start your journey
5First box order and diet started, it has a great selection to try out and comes neatly packed. i put my weight on after having our children but before hand used to use a lot of protien products and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend this product.

Great for those lock down lbs
5All of the products were so tasty. So much more than other meal replacements I've tried. The first three days were rough but now my hunger is totally uncontrol. I have more energy and my skin looks great. I've lost 9lbs and my husband has lost 16lbs with the same package.

Mixed feelings...
4Shakes, porridge and pancakes are quite palatable, pleasant even... But after all theyre just shakes, porridge and pancakes. Havent tried the bars yet, but cereal bars with sweeteners shouldn't present any surprises. The savoury items on the other hand... Wow! Absolutely awful. Shepherds pie looks nothing like the photo. It is instead frothy baby food. Daal curry and beef n black bean pot noodles only fit for the bin, I'm afraid. The chicken n leek soup is edible just, but Thai chicken soup is again, disgusting. The meal plans will help you to lose weight, but be careful what you choose, or risk wasting a large percentage of your 'investment'. (As i like to call it.) Good luck.

5I bought a 2 week pack , as I've read there are to many shakes so I put a further order for pancakes and bars and soups ,there all very delicious. I've been doing it for nearly 2 weeks and lost 13lbs 😄👍

Disappointed
3Bought the two week plan. Good enough value, but too many shakes. One a day (14) would have been sufficient. Must say everything i have tried so far tastes ok though. But....went on website to try to order individual items I especially liked eg a microwaved Apple Crumble and can’t find it anywhere. Disappointed.
