5I purchased a 2 week box in the hope to kick start my weight loss. In the first week I lost 8lb. I found the wide range of flavours I received delicious. I never found myself hungry unlike other similar plans. I will definitely purchase again

2 week plan
4I have been following this plan for 2 weeks and I have lost 4 pounds. I am pleased as I only have 7 pounds to loose. It has stopped me picking at food and eating too many calories.

A great start!
5This is the perfect introduction! With a selection of different flavours, it gives you the opportunity to taste a range of those available including some you may not consider if left to your own devices! Mostly delicious - some ok but palatable and, so far, only one I wouldn’t eat again but it is a matter of personal taste. That’s, in my opinion, a good hit rate! The replacement bars are great when you are out and about or just fancy something to chew. More importantly it’s easy to stick to, I’m not hungry and I lost weight! Almost a stone! I have gone on to re order a 4 week plan.

Best so far
5After buying two other companies starter packs and not begin that impressed I thought I'd give exante a go. The items arrived well packed and the packages look inviting. Taste wise this is by far the best of the bunch , the shakes are creamy the bars are filling and the soups and meals do fill you up and don't look or taste like baby food . I'm doing the 800 plan and love the fact you can have a 200 cal meal , first week I lost 5lb more than I did one either of the other two.

Definitely recommend
4I was really unsure about whether this meal replacement plan would be for me so I bought this box to give it a go, since then I've placed 3 more orders. It's honestly been great, I got a really good variety of shakes, soups and bars and its let me figure out what I like and dont like. If you're considering trying it out please do it really is worth it

2 week meal relacement
5If not now then when? I was a little hesitant to try this diet as I hear a lot of bad reviews about meal replacement diets, a lot of false advertising online from some company’s however exante is what you buy is what you get however with an amazing range of flavours. The first week was a struggle but once you get to know what you like and what you don’t it becomes so much easier! In three weeks I have lost 9lbs and that is with two naughty treats! Definitely will be continuing this plan. P.s the banana shake and chocolate orange bars are AMAZING!!!

Good but could be better
3I think this box is great, the only thing is with the amount of exante products there are there's enough to put more of a choice in the boxes not 4 packs of one product. These must be the ones that don't sell or that are going out of date first. Exante is great it does work. More variety in these boxes may attract people to continue the diet not give up :-)

5Loving the exante diet lost 1 stone and still going,really liking the milkshakes and the bars,the food is ok but enjoying making my own 209 calories meals
