4 week diet plan
4Contents were great, Caramel frappe is my favourite as well as the lemon pancakes. Not over keen on the noodles. Value for money and an easy plan to get into. Only downside expiry date of products could be better.

Overall great a couple if changes needed tho
4Have been absolutely amazed at my weight loss of these shakes, bars, soups and meals. 2stone 2lb off in 4 weeks. Given me such a boost!! However my only criticism is there's not enough breakfast /pancakes etc. So many shakes made it very samey. Wasn't keen on the soups they tasted very salty and not keen on the yoghurts, i guess its personal taste....but other than that I got through it and the bars were lovely and felt like a treat. Will be doing this again.

4 week box and extra order of shakes
4I am happy with my Exante box. The shakes bars pancakes and porridges and really nice but I can’t make myself like the savoury packets. However I am happy with my weight loss on the ones I like.

Good stuff and it works
4I needed to kick start a diet and sent for this box. All of the shakes are delicious. I have not enjoyed the soups, but that is personal preference. The bars are lovely, apart from the lemon ones. I have stuck to the diet for nearly 2 weeks and it really works well. I would recommend it and I am going to stay with it for a few more months yet.

Not impressed
1Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the Exante products. Stuck to the products completely and put on weight! I hadn't realised how high the carb content is in these and I think it's that which caused the weight to go on. Also, everything tastes like its full of sweetener and this led to me either being poorly or, on occasion, actually sick just because of the taste. I really had high hopes for this, but sadly wouldn't recommend. The delivery was quick though, which is good. They just need to reduce the massive amount of carbs and sweetener in the products!

Very impressed!
5Easy to use website and app, fast delivery and a great selection of products to last four weeks. I’m impressed with it all! I like and actually enjoy almost all products except the peanut butter flavours, but that’s just my personal taste.

4 week diet plan
5Started the diet plan on the 14th March 2022 ordered some extra meals and bars as I’ve received more offers like the buy one box and get another one for a penny. I am really enjoying the meals and so far and I have lost 71b in the two weeks and still had a treat on the weekends then back onto diet on the Monday. This diet plus exercise was what I I needed to start my weight loss journey
