Delighted with my box
5Thought I would buy the 4 week plan box as a starter to see how I get on. It's a great way to sample a bit of everything. This way, you can order your favourites the next time you place an order. Enjoyed everything. Full of flavour. Highly Recommended!!!

4 week diet plan box
4I bought this in the spur of the moment at 10pm and it arrived the next day! The packaging is really beautiful, you can tell they have put a lot of work into it. The shakes are all lovely apart from the white chocolate and raspberry but that is just my tastebuds. The bars are good too my favourite is this strawberry one. I think the chocolatey ones can get a bit repetitive. The actual meals are where I have struggled the most. For example the red thai curry soup, it was not really my cup of tea but I will try and encorporate it with my 200kcal meals. Overall, for the discounted price it was amazing value. You can’t expect to love everything!! However, I have been doing this almost 2 weeks and I managed to drop 10lbs in the 1st week so I have absolutely no regrets!

4 week plan
5I ordered the 4 week plan which l thought was great value for money (compared to some other diets) lt arrived the next day, l was surprised at the variety of products and flavours.lm three weeks in and haven’t found anything l don’t like. I’ve recommended it to a friend and she is now 2 weeks in to and enjoying it. The only thing l would like to see as an option is if you could comment somewhere if there’s a flavour you hate so it could be substituted for something else.

Exante
5This is the fifth order I have had from exante. Its so easy to follow, the products are all very tasty. I loved the Berry yogurt. Wasn't so keen on the stolen though. Everything else, excellent. have lost 5lb in one week. This is a great diet if you have ever thought you would never lose any weight because of your age, size or if you are going through the menopause. I feel great and have more energy.

Amazing Products
5I am only on day 3 but im doing the exante 800 plan so having 4 items a day from the box and I literally haven't come across anything I dont like yet, if your looking for a simple solution to counting look no further I highly recommend this box to anyone wanting to diet :)

Shakes
4I started my box yesterday there’s a large variety of products, my only problem is you can taste the protein in the shakes especially if you have it with cold water, today I’ve blended with ice cubes makes the shakes go down better it’s not as potent.

Trust the process!
5I follow the 800 cal plan... and when i tell you i heard good things but i didn’t believe it. i was skeptical for the first week because i was sooo hungry but you have to wait till your body goes into ketosis and then you never feel hungry but even if you don’t you still have to drink the meal replacements because you’ll probs faint😳😂! but when i tell you green tea is your best friend! i enjoyed drinking that and only drunk that and 2-4 litres a day. you do have to pee 10 times a day but it’s worth it. i started on the 27th december weighing in 13.4st and by the 5th jan i was 12.12st!! that’s nearly one stone lost in just over a week! will continue to do this until i reach my goal weight and then maintain that weight.

Hard going but if you stick with it, results will present themselves
4I'm a yo-yo fatty... from 11 to 15 stone (5 ft 10 bloke). Having decided during the Xmas period to do Dry January AND diet, I thought I may as well simplify things and eat out of a box. The delivery and variety is good - personally, I think it's more an obese persons long term diet and maintenance plan) - I say that as the "nutritional elements is clearly WHY it has the powdery consistency. That said, the shakes (when mixed in a blender with a few ice cubes in) are not much different to a MacDonald milk shake and quite nice in some flavours. The soups... well they are what they are - tolerable. For me the bars are the best bet... handy enough to put in your pocket and eat at the appropriate time. In my first week I've lost 8 pounds but that is sticking to it hard core. as time goes on, I'm going to increase from 800 to 1200 cals a day and include meals - using the shakes/bars as breakfast and lunch. BY early evening I'm starving. I am also walking 10 miles each day - we are in lock down after all so Time is my friend... and it keeps me away from the fridge for a few hours! AS for drinking so much water - it's pain but I understand the science behind it. Looking at the carb grams on all the products, it's clear your body is NOT in total Ketosis (think Atkins) - simply extremely carloried staved... with that in mind, the occasional cup a soup etc makes a nice change from the powdery stuff. Remember - it's a life-style change we need and this is a kick-start /maintenance plan for those those need more help/motivation.

Very Impressed
5I’ve only been following the Exante 800 for a few days, so can’t comment on its efficacy, but the products are much better than I was expecting. Personally, I’m not a big fan of the noodles and soups, but the bars and shakes are delicious and surprisingly satisfying. I purchased the 4 week plan, and I must say that I find it to be terrific value for money and far more cost effective than competitors. I will see how this goes, but I can already see myself becoming a regular customer.

BRILLIANT PRODUCT
5Started the Exante diet at the beginning of October and have so far lost 33 lbs! It is easy for follow and I love the shakes but I do have a change with the bars, soups and desserts. An excellent product, wish I had known about it before!
