Delicious variety of shakes and meals that really do work....
5I've used exante before so I know how effective it is. The reviews about slow delivery put me off for ordering again, for a while, so i tried other companies that I could buy locally but taste wise there is no comparison. There was no issue with delivery of the very well packaged box. In 28 days I have lost 17 pounds, never felt (too) hungry, have loads of energy and plan to continue for another month, before going onto the 5:2. I would highly recommend exante to anyone who is really serious about losing weight quickly and safely. The only product I don't like is the water enhancer. It is too sweet.

5I love the purchase but most of the shake that come I didn't like I think this perfect but I really think he should choose the shakes :-) part from that I love it lost a stone now

I month meal plan
5I had been thinking for some time about a weight loss diet after the doctor said I needed to lose some weight. What put me off starting was wondering about getting enough vitamins and minerals but with the Exante diet all that is taken care of by experts. Exante also takes all the hard work out of tracking down diet ingredients in the supermarket when the Covid virus is about and time is limited. All the meals are delivered to your door as well. Everything is tasty and easy to prepare though of course i I like some meals better than others. The only problem is that my husband has decided to join is the diet as well so i have to get extra supplies. So far we have lost 9 kilos between us

Brilliant
5I ordered this as thought it was the better option for value but I was worried about not liking some of the products. Well I couldn’t have been more wrong. There was things I wouldn’t have picked but actually really liked. Would never have picked the chicken and leek soup but It was lovely. I’m on day 6 and lost 7 pounds already. Going to stick to this for the run up to Christmas so I lose weight and not gain. I’ve been having milky coffees to keep me going and they really help. Love this diet feel energetic and feeling slimmer already. Definitely recommend.

Really good for a starter kit
4I’m super fussy so thought this was the best way to sample all the products. Found out which stuff I liked. I prefer the shakes!

5Easiest and best weight loss programme ever. Love all the flavours, bars taste fantastic. 20lbs lost, and 6 inches off my waist in four weeks. First three days were a little more challenging, but once you get through that, it’s plain sailing. Secret is lots of water. I cannot recommended it enough. Give it a go.

Second week on exante
5End of second of exante and I have lost 11lb all together. 7lb the 1st week and 4lb the second week! I'm over the moon!!! I got the 4 week plan, some things I didnt like but I think the 4 week plan let's you have a idea! I love the lemon cheesecake!!! Just remember the 1st week Is hard but after that you start feeling more on the ball and more energy! Will be ordering again soon 😁😁😁👌👌
