great value
5I know this box is supposed to last 4 weeks but my hubby and I managed to stretch it out to 8 weeks, with the addition of low fat home-made soups. lovely range of products and good quality. would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic, but very sweet!
4This is a great box - the shakes are fantastic and I’m really enjoying my exante journey so far. The bars are tasty and convenient for when I’m away from home for a while, and the shakes are no fuss and delicious. However, apart from 4 chicken and leek soups (which aren’t great), everything is sweet - it would be great to see some more savoury options. It seems like this is random in its selection of meal replacements - I’d love to see the ability to customise part of your selection, as some of these shakes are a real treat! I’ll be getting another, but I’d love to have a little choice over what is in the box.

Almost fab
4This diet is genuinely much better than I anticipated and the shakes surprisingly are both tasty and keep me full. The bars are good in the main too. There are however, some bits which I didn't like - personal preference I guess - anything other than the shakes or bars.

Four week box
5A great way to start as you get to try nearly everything and see what you like. I ordered a second box a few weeks in to my first as I like the products so much, with a couple of my favourite products added to the order. They keep you full and the variety makes it easier to stick with and not to get bored. Definitely the best meal replacement diet I have tried and longest I have stuck with a diet for a long time. I’m having slow loses compared with some but I can now wear clothes I couldn’t fit it before. The group support is also great. Box came promptly and well packaged.

5First box had lots of delicious shakes and bars in I’m n my first week and enjoy everything I’ve had fast and speedy delivery

3Overall ok I do find some of the replacement meals very sweet with horrible aftertaste. So far the shakes are ok with lemon cheesecake being my favourite. Will not be purchasing again.

5I ordered my box on a fri evening and it got delivered Saturday morning! I absolutely loved getting this box it was full of exciting flavours I was really looking forward to trying. I love all of the milkshakes they are all delicious, however I struggled with some of the bars as they had a strange tang to them although my husband thought they tasted lovely anyway. I have a stone to lose and the first week I lost 5lb and it was really easy! I love the fact that it’s all in the box so you don’t have to think about what you’re going to eat and obsessing over food, you’ve made up your mind that this is the plan you are doing and it’s super easy to stick to and the results happen so fast that you haven’t got time to be disheartened with doing it. I would definitely recommend this diet.

5Wow! So I have been stuck with my weight loss journey for over a year and exante was the boost I needed. I havent found a product that I dont like, although I prefer the shakes and bars. Thus is an easy to follow enjoyable plan and I recommend it to anyone who will listen. Definitely sticking with exante
