Almost perfect
4I have to say that I am very pleased and surprised at how much I am actually enjoying this meal plan. I haven't done anything like this before but so far, so good (week 2). For me the only downside is that you have to accept what you are sent. Now that isn't too bad except that there is 1 'meal' that I just can't stand; thankfully only 4 packs of it so not too big a problem. It would be nice if you could possibly substitute say 1 or 2 items in the boxes? Just a thought. Still week one lost half a stone so really, nothing to grumble about!!!! So pleased I found this plan!

4 week diet plan
5absolutely LOVE the products. Doets have never really worked for me and ive never seen results before but with exante i was able to start seeing results within days. Its absolutely amazing.

Great way to start
5I jumped right in with the box. Everything in the box has been a hit. 3 weeks in and I'm almost a stone down. I highly recommend this plan.

5I’ve tried them all over the years but this is not only the easiest diet to stick too but the tastiest and simplest. So very pleased

Best diet
5I can't praise exante 4 week plan enough I love the variety of meal choices I received and I can't believe how easy it has been to adapt to this diet. Due to previous experiences I struggle to get used to the change however exante have supplied me with meal replacements that make me not feel hungry and also is delicious in taste

4I bought the four week box and got a good range of items but would have preferred if I could have picked for myself as there was a lot of things I wouldn't eat

Totally worth it
5I purchased the 2 week 800kcal a day plan and lost 9kg in those 2 weeks (BMI of 39 at the start.) About to purchase the 4 week plan as it was really easy to stick to and the shakes were delicious. 2-4 litres of water is the key as that keeps the cravings at bay

So far so good!!
4So far so good. On my 6weeks now wth exante diet. Start weight 109kg now 104kg. 5kg off. Feel good. My face has changed alots. Now every1 has noticed that I'm on diet which really good for me. Also I do cardio dance 45mins each day for 5days in the weeks and lots of walking. Exante diet so work if you put all your minds into it. Keep it up and don't give up.!!♡♡
