Very Good and Very Bad
2The shakes are excellent, banana, chocolate and coconut particularly tasty using half milk half water. The white chocolate and raspberry and toffee nut and raisin also good and both shakes and bar amazingly filled me up and I had no cravings or hunger pangs. The lemon pancakes were good too. The other bars I found I could eat but were very sickly and often only could manage half especially the cookies and cream. Oh and the Peanut Butter bars I was sent in the pack were past their best before date! However ALL the meal replacements I would say are to replace an evening meal are APPALLING as are the puddings and other breakfast items. I simply could not eat any of them. Tiny, virtually liquid, way too overly saccharin or all of these! I have no idea how they make 200 calories SO BAD. I have tried them all and they are all awful and inedible. So this pack was not good value for me as had to throw all the savoury meals out. I will reorder the bars and the shakes and have a reduced calorie meal instead. Please work on these to bring them up to standard!!

great buy
5If you get these on offer they are a great way to sample some of the products without ordering them in full boxes (or individually off website without incurring postage). Shaker comes with it which is handy for work or carrying your shake in your bag. I tried products that I never would have sampled and they went on to become favourite s I lost 15lb in 30 days with this box.

4I have found the quality good but could do with at least one of each available item in box so we can try everything before buying batches of individual items. So far the only thing i have not liked is the maple syrup pancakes due to the horrible aftertaste.

It works
4This was my first product from exante and from it I lost 15lbs, I would’ve lost more if I followed it properly but still I’m happy with the results. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish we could choose our flavours, because there were some that I couldn’t stand to have again and so they were wasted.

Great products
5I ordered a 4-week starter pack and I think it’s great value. I’ve used other meal replacement packs in the past and these are just as nice but significantly cheaper. The guide is clear too. I’ve enjoyed almost every pack I’ve tried so far and my favourites are the double chocolate bar and the sweet and sour noodles. I can’t believe they’re my diet food packs. I’d highly recommend. Great on-time delivery too.

Good starting point
5I believe this box is a great starting point for anyone who really wants to give this a go. There is quite a nice mix of everything that gives you an idea of what you may or may not like in the future.

5This is a great diet with lots of tasty food. I was so surprised how good the packets taste, the variety and how full they make me. So easy to cook too! Only downside I have is how many shakes you receive in the starter box and duplicates of food. It would be great to have at least one of each product to try so you can then order the ones you like the most to carry on the plan. Not the end of the world and would 100% recommend.

4 week plan
4I ordered the 4 week pack as I thought it would help me plan my food better, which it has and I was really surprised at all the flavours I was sent. The only thing is it would have been nice to have more selection on the desserts and main meals, however it has helped me a great deal not having to worry what to eat. My next order will be different as I will pick and choose what I want but overall a very good buy.

Lovely hamper
5Lovely packaging. I was really pleased with the variety of products and flavours. The range of shakes are fab and they taste great. I love the bars as they are really substantial the only note I would make is to add less water to the pancake mix than stated on the packet. I'm going to order another 4 week pack after this one. I feel great, I'm sleeping so much better and have started to see a difference within 2 weeks. I have 2 friends to refer.
