5i love the 4 week diet plan. plenty of variety and good value. the soups shakes meals and bars are filling and taste lovely. i would definitely recommend this pack, and next day delivery included at no extra charge

Great introduction
4I found the 4 week box contained a good mix of products and gave me the opportunity to try a range of different products as a complete newbie to Exante. I liked some more than others but wouldn't have had a clue where to start on my own!

4 Week Box for TS plan
5I have now nearly finished my 3rd week. I found the contents of the box very good overall. There was a good varied selection to chose from and I have liked most of them, only a couple I am not so keen on. I have ordered several more of the savoury meal replacements that I particularly liked as there were far more sweet meals than savoury in the box and I tend to have a savoury taste. The weight is comming off more slowly than a lot of other people's reports I have read about but I am 65 years old and will have a much slower metabolism than a lot of the younger dieters and I have tried so many diets over the years I am definitely suffering from yo yo diet syndrome so I expect it to be quite a slow process but am determined to stick to it. My BMI is 32 and I need to lose between 2-3 stones. I am convinced it will work if I am strick with myself and stick to the plan rigidly but it still comes down to my own will power in the end but as this diet is definitely one of the best I have tried I feel very optimistic in my ability to succeed with it!

4 week bundle
5Lots of variety, out of everything I’ve tried so far there’s only been one that I wasn’t keen on, but it was still edible. I find that with most of the meals and shakes I have to add more water as I find them a bit thick but it’s no problem and it’s definitely good value for money.

4 week starter pack
4I bought the 4-week starter pack to start as thought it would be easier and I would get a chance to try a bit of everything, even tho I didnt like everything supplied i still think it was a good buy to get an idea of your ful range of supplies.

Exante 4 week plan
5Products arrived quickly, and taste really good for meal replacements. Previously did another popular shake meal replacement plan and nearly vomited every time I drank a shake. I don’t get this with exante products. Some I’ve found not to be to my taste but that is to be expected. Unfortunately I’ve struggled to stick to the plan due to personal issues as you need to be really determined, but will keep trying with the products I have left. If your thinking about doing this type of plan then this is defo worth a try. Great value for money and tastes good too!

Great bundle
5I ordered 2 of these. One for myself and the other for my partner. So far I have loved all of the shakes, coconut being my favourite. I'm not too keen on the savoury meals and soup, they just taste weird. The peanut bar is really nice but not too keen on the others as just taste like dry cereal. Overall I have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks doing the flexi plan. So I'm really happy with that.
