Really good
4I enjoyed most of what was sent not to kin on lemon so stayed away from that but enjoy the shakes nicer than I thought they would be

Great but more savoury needed!
4Absolutely over the moon with the total plan so far, I’m on day 3 and 6lbs down. Only thing that I would change is that there isn’t many savoury meals in the kit so I’ve ordered more for my evening meals as it feels less restricted if you are having a hot meal at night. All the products I have tried so far are really tasty and I haven’t been hungry once!

Fab results
5This is the 2nd time I have tried exante, first time I was on my own and failed miserably as still having to cook for the family. This time wow, myself and my hubby have thrown ourselves into it 100%, We love the variation of flavours and everything tastes yummy. Between us in 4 weeks we have lost a whopping 4 stone and 3lb. We are both happier and have bags more energy. I had to have surgery on my spine so was in hospital for 5 days after checking the ingredients the doctor was more than happy for me so stay on plan. We have a lot of events coming up this summer so will both carry on losing and enjoying the meal replacements to look our best. Thanks exante, the support on Facebook is really helpful

Fisrt try at Exante
4I ordered the 4 week plan and was really impressed with the whole ordering and delivery process. I loved the packaging and it made me feel excited and optimistic to try the plan. I'm only 3 days in so not sure what the result will be on the scales but so far feeling good on it, haven't been hungry and haven't had any side effects, which I was expecting! On the whole I've liked most things (tried 7 different so far) Only one I really didn't like was the sweet and sour noodles but other reviewers seem to like it so must just be personal taste. I would recommend people trying this as it is good value and a great place to start am I'm hopeful that it will be a success for me!

First time....
4So I was pleasantly surprised with the products from Exante. The shakes and bars are my favourite. My ultimates being banana and caramel. I didn’t get much variety savoury wise so I had to make another order for more choice.

Too many shake
5In your 4 week plan I find there are too many shake sachets and not enough meal s I.e soups pancakes boglansaies etc so other than that its all working very well thanks

5I have been on the exante diet for 11 days and i have lost 12lbs, set the meet 1 stone this weekend. I opted for the 4 week plan and the selection is great, lots of yummy flavours to choose from. The plan works really well, i have yo yo dieted for years and can honestly say this is the first time i have ever really seen a positive reaction. I have rarely been hungry despite cutting down the amount of calories i have. Overall very impressed

4 week plan
4Really pleased I gave Exante a go. So easy to do. No meals to prepare and I don’t feel hungry at all , or get any cravings. The 4 week plan is a great idea, I’m loving the variety of tastes and textures. However there are one or two meals in there that don’t suit my palette.
