5I had been searching on line for a similar product to the one I had already used and had been successful with, and found Exante!! Soooo pleased as it was just to lose the pounds gained over party and Christmas period and I did not want or need to attend classes again! Bars and shakes are excellent and I comfortably fell into using them and weight is falling off. I would highly recommend this method of dieting as it is quick, healthy and takes all the anguish out of it as there is no calorie or points counting and it saves so much time!!! Will be keeping an eye on my weight ( lost 5 stone last year) and will use Exante again for any excess in the future!!!!

4I have have tried many different band but i found out the Exante have the best taste of food. also the hot soup its good to keep you warm in winter

5Hi. I am now on day four and feeling great. Love the flavour of the shakes and put ice cubes in with the water to make a really cold shake. Love the bars as well they are delicious. I have lost 6.5 pounds in three days. Loving this diet .

Love love love this plan
5After reading about the many Exante success stories on a very popular weight loss support forum I went ahead and decided to purchase a 4 week bars and shakes bumper pack. The website was easy to use and delivery was quick so that was impressive. I liked the taste of the shakes and bars so much that I decided to buy the 50 meals package on day 5 of my diet. I like the taste of the shakes and I ejoy them hot or cold depending on my mood. So far I've tried the spaghetti bolognaise and the shepherds pie to which I added fresh herbs and chilli before cooking to liven up the flavour and give it a "fresh cooked meal feel" I didn't like the carbonara as personally I'm not a big fan of cheese so I found the flavour a little too rich for me so I need to play about with herbs and spices to adjust the taste to my liking. Overall I'm pleased that I took the plunge and placed my order as I've lost 6lbs and 1 inch all over in my first week on plan and my tummy only rumbled once which was only because I was dehydrated. My skin looks clearer and it's got a healthy glow to it which is due to having the 100% RDA of vitamins and minerals that are in the 3 packs that you eat per day and from drinking plenty of water as recommended by Exante. Product wise I'd love to see an Exante chocolate bar because I love chocolate lol Big thumbs up for Exante this plan fits into my work and home routine and it's easily adaptable for socialising so you don't feel deprived.

Bumper Pack
4Started the diet, going well. The shakes are very good but I did not like the bars. They look appetising but I think they are too sweet (after a few mouthfuls they seem to get sweeter!). A friend let me try a porridge, which at first I thought tasted good, but that was too sweet also. I will be ordering shakes only at the moment.

Amazing taste, great value
5Great variety, all of the shakes and bars taste great. The price is unbelievable, I have saved loads of money on my weekly shopping. If you want amazing value and great tasting meal replacements these are definitely the ones for you.
