4 week subscription box
4I joined Exante and bought the 4 week box to see if I could live with the food and if the weight loss promised would be suitable for me. I'm 2 weeks in and so far very little has been so awful I couldn't eat it. Most of the shakes are really good, the soups are nice and the porridge is as good as any from Lighter life (if not better). In 2 weeks I've managed to shed 10 pounds, making sure I drink plenty of water. The water enhancers make that easy. I'll probably continue after 4 weeks.

Good price, Good products, Good feeling
5I loved getting my first four week subscription box.. it came in a large delivery box and was fun to open.. the selection of products is great with savoury and sweet.. most are great for those of us with a sweet tooth as the shakes and bars are sweet flavours so i haven't felt the need to binge out on chocolate as the meal replacements plus a meal in the evening have kept me satisfied. i have been having three meal replacments a day with a 400 calorie meal as i felt i should start on 1000 calories a day as i have been eating way more that that .. i'm rather partial to a mcdonalds...and i have lost a few poiunds each week.. now i've got the hang of it i'm going to try and do a 800 calorie day to increase my loses as many people have done on here... HIGHLY RECOMMEND
5Though lockdown I put on a lot of weight and have spent so much money trying different diets trying to get the weight off only to yo-yo up and down around 3lbs Until I tried exante! Iv been on the diet 3 weeks now and I have already placed my third order! During my 3 weeks on the plan iv lost over a stone! I couldn’t be happier with how well the plan works and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to lose weight now, don’t waste your time buying anywhere else!

Over the moon
5I was nervous when I ordered the 4 week box not knowing what was in there. When it arrived I quickly opened it and was pleasantly surprised at the amazing variety. Having now tried every product and I have loved every single one. Can’t wait for my next box.

Great so far…
5My box was delivered next day as ordered, well packed with all dividers as shown in the photo. The majority are shakes as listed in the product description, with some soups and dessert/breakfast replacements as well. I’ve only been on plan for 3 days and I’ve not had a single product that I didn’t like yet! There is also a Facebook support group to help motivate everyone, and get a few pats on the back for your weekly and total losses!

Tasty Diet
5Best diet I have tried, shakes are great so much variety, my favourite is the Syrup pancake and apple crumble, so easy to follow, highly recommended 😀

The journey
5Husband and wife decided to do this together, as lockdown has changed us in the way we eat big time, with working from home we had become lazy and snaked more than eating regular meals. We ordered the 2 week plan to share just to try this within the first day we have ordered the 4 week plan. Loving the products and drinking around 4 LTRs of water day each carnt wait to the result in a week😁
