Lighter than optifast
I continue to order this shake. The taste is familiar. Better tasting compared to optifast protein plus.

Consistency has changed
The shake is now extremely thick, almost gelatinous ans the sugar has been reduced. But its still great by the way.

Don’t like lumps
I love the taste and the shakes are filling but they don’t mix very well. I often find lumps and need to use a blender. However adding some ice and blending makes a lovely shake for these warmer months

Chocolate shake
You’ve changed the recipe haven’t you? It’s thick and gluteny and awful. Please change back to the old recipe. Looking into other makes as I don’t like it at all. The new banana and strawberry one is thick too. Horrible.

Tasty and Filling
Tried quite a few different brands and this is my favourite. Natural taste, filling and so easy. Blend, shake, easy peasy.
