Exante 6 Week Pack

I'm so surprised with the Exante Diet. As I delved deeper into the box there were more and more delights, I love the meals and the shakes are so good, even the Mousse is a great idea and I've used it in the drinks for Jelly and in the Shakes for Mousse, way to go...... I'm on day 12 and I've already lost 3kg and still feel great, I've not had many of the 'side effects' so far but then I've been trying to drink loads of water and although I hate water, even the coffee's taste great black. So all I can say is, Bring it On, I'm there and raring to go, still.

I bought the deal for 6 weeks as I wanted to purchase a diet meal system which would give me long term assistance with most of the thought and worry taken out of the equation. That's why I like meal deals like this, as it relieves the pressure from having to count calories and fat intake, as all of the thinking has been done for you. This then frees me up to concentrate on other things, rather than what I'm going to have to eat - and having to run to the shops every few days to fetch it. I've got a cupboard packed with 6 weeks worth of food which will last me past Christmas. I've now been on Exante for a week and a half and have lost 3lbs. I was really happy with that result, as it was without exercise. I'm now running daily and hope to have lost even more when I weigh myself next week. I really like the taste of the shakes, though sometimes they need a lot of shaking to fully dissolve. I bulk out the soups with butter beans which are really cheap. Now I have got used to drinking a lot more water I am less hungry, though I add dilute to incentivize myself! I sometimes have a salad with the evening meal, and sometimes add extra pulses/brown rice to make it go further. But I think for £18 a week it's a great deal as it doesn't require going out and buying loads of extras.

Brought 6 week diet. It has been fab. Really easy to follow. Feel great. Lost 11lb in first week.

Hi, My wife and I decided to try this diet I need to louse weight as I had my right leg amputated loosing weight really helps. I found exante to be a very easy way to shed the pounds seven in the first week.

Even the word "diet" makes me shudder. All I can think of is what I will be depriving my self of and the cardboard meals I will have to endure while endeavouring to lose some weight. Exante is changing that! I look forward to my shake in the morning, they genuinely taste of what they say they will. The soups at lunch are a warming treat and the dinners again are a joy to consume. Curry that actually tastes of creamy coconut, a spaghetti bolognaise that tastes like comfort food!! Not a cardboard meal in sight, Exante is keeping my taste buds happy as well as my waistline!
