I received the parcel of Exante Diet 4 Week Bars, Shakes and Soups Pack on time with great communication from the delivery company. The products are all very tasty and surprisingly quite filling. I particularly like the variety of milkshake flavours. I wanted to lose a lot of weight in a short space of time so decided I would try the 600 calorie diet. However, it didn't work for me as I was just so hungry so I added a 'meal' of 1 chicken breast along with 3 Exante products which has been fairly easy to stick to. I have lost 6lbs in the first week and I look forward to seeing the future results!

Getting started
Well I have just completed week one of the Exante Diet 4 Week Bars, Shakes and Soups Pack course and lost half a stone! It gets easier as the days go on. I'm not setting my self any targets, I'm just going to do the month and see how I get on!
