Fab!
This diet has been so easy to stick to! I have been having 1000 kcals a day. Before this diet, I struggled to calorie count, never knew what portion size to have and was always tempted by every day bad habits. This was the kick-start I needed to start leading a healthy lifestyle! I don't even crave chocolate and cake (which was always my downfall!) because I know that it will not benefit me in any way for my weight loss. With Exante, I know exactly what I need to eat and how many calories I'm consuming, and the best part is that the food is so tasty! What a treat to have maple pancakes for breakfast, thai chicken soup (yum!) for lunch and pasta carbonara for dinner! And that's only one out of hundreds of options! I would recommend this diet to anyone who isn't confident with dieting, in need of a kick-start and wants to eat tasty food at the same time! Thanks Exante!

Very Tasty!
Pleasantly surprised at how tasty the meals are and am not hungry....which is always a bonus! Will definitely order single items when the 4 weeks is up, particularly porridge, vegetable soup, pancakes and carbonara. 1 week in and 5lbs lighter!

Must be the best food replacement diet around - great products & great value for money. Everything I have tried so far has been superb. Especially loved the gooey chocolate puddings yummy! Highly recommended.

Easy and fast....
I recently bought the 4 week bumper pack (from a groupin deal). The whole process of ordering and delivery was super easy! I'm on day 4 of the diet now and finding it really easy, I don't need to think about meals I just grab a sachet and I'm all set. The only thing I would say is the selection isn't the best, but that's down to personal preference. Thanks Exante!!!!

This is my second week on the exante diet. i purchased a mixed pack of products. I have tried most of the products. The shakes are really delicious full of flavour and very filling. The lemon and yogurt bars and the peanut butter bars are moorish, but the most satisfying bars are the fruit and nut bars. i really look forward to these. They keep hunger at bay taste delicious, and are an excellent product. I have tried the maple syrup pancakes, the shepherds pie and the porridge oats. The pancakes were easy to cook, smelt nice and were very tasty. The shepherds pie was a little strange. unusual texture but all the same quite filling. The porridge oats was something to look forward to, creamy and very appetising. The only product i was disappointed with was the breakfast eggs, they were rather tasteless and the texture was rubbery,
