Exante Diet 4 Week Pack

Thank you so much Exante! I have lost 11 pounds in my first week. I am absolutely loving Exante and can't wait to watch another 3 stone melt away! I also feel great in myself and have heaps more energy than I did before despite only having 600 cals per day. My favourite is the porridge yum yum, amazing and creamy. It feels like I'm eating rice pudding. The shepherds pie is good too and I love the curry! I don't have a bad review of any sachets that I received and I've now tried them all. I'm not a mushroom fan so not big on the mushroom risotto or soup but that's not Exantes fault! I'm really looking forward to a new slimmer and much happier version of myself :-D xxx

This diet is amazing, I have lost 9 lbs in a week and every couple of days a pound or so falls off. The no eating food part was difficult at first but like anything it's mind over matter and discipline. I would recommend this very much to those who struggle to exercise or just want to lose weight quickly.

I bought this as part of a New Year's Resolution, as I'm sure many others will have done, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Initially I had thought from the 'ready meal' description that I would be receiving something similar to the ready meals that line supermarket shelves.. I was more than a little disappointed to open my exante package to find only sachets. However, I wouldn't let this put you off. After trying the mushroom risotto and shepherds pie, I was converted. Both very tasty, and the shepherds pie reacted to hot water much the same as smash would, resulting in a dinner with a bit of substance to it. I've struggled to eat healthily with my work patterns.. I'm a retail manager and it can get a little hectic.. it would always swing one of two ways: I would either completely forget to eat, or find myself in McDonald's/Greggs just because it was quick and easy. With exante, the sachets make everything so simple, and I really like the option of soups.. it means I can enjoy a hot lunch after less than a minute's preparation, and I can eat it straight from my shaker. Brilliant! On top of that, even though I know each 'meal' is only 200 calories, I don't find myself hungry any more. I think it's important to drink quite a lot of water though. As I'm trying to do the odd Insanity workout here and there, I'm using the working solution plan.. those workouts take a lot out of you! After only one week, I've lost 3lbs, so I'm now down to 10 stone 7. And I've already ordered another month's worth of meal replacements, so it must be good! I've recommended it to everyone I know looking to lose a bit of weight. The only criticism I have is that the vanilla shake is without a doubt the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. Luckily though, this time I've gone for a pick-your-own bundle :) The 4 star rating is simply down to the Vanilla shake, but that's personal taste!
