Varied choice of products
4I'm onto my second week of the Sam Bailey plan and have found the majority of the options in the pack great. I love the shakes, bars and porridge choices, they taste great and are so quick and easy when on the go like I am. I disliked the breakfast eggs and have found the meals hard to stomach, I just can't adapt to the taste of an powdered evening meal. I'm not sure I'll get this pack again but I'll definitely be ordering more of the bars and shakes. My faves are the jam and yoghurt bar, the Vanilla shake and Strawberry Cheesecake shake!!

Excellent
5I'm in the second week of the four week plan and absolutely loving it. I lost ten pounds in the first week and am finding it reasonably easy. I have done other very low calorie diets before and exante products are much nicer. The price is also fantastic. I'd definitely recommend the plan and products to anyone looking to lose weight quickly.

Apprehensive
4I was very apprehensive when I placed my first order with Exante. My main worry was that I would dislike the products and would I be constantly hungry. My diet products arrived the next day, so I started straight away. I found the plan easy to follow, there were a couple of products that i didn't enjoy but the rest were nice. I especially enjoyed the shakes and the pancake mix, the bars were convenient when I'm out and about. As before I would have eaten chocolate or other quick and fatting foods, when I wouldn't have had time to prepare something. I did struggle with hungry for the first few days but that soon subsided and I've lost 9lbs in the first week, so this has been a great motivator for me to carry on. So overall I and will pleased with my order and will continue with this plan until I've reached my goal.

EXCELLENT
5hi ive only been doing this diet for just over a week now, im on the sam bailey plan and iam finding most of the meal replacements very nice and tasty. im very happy with my weight loss so far and look forward to the new slimmer me. thank you Exante for making it possible couldn't of done it without you.

Sam Bailey Diet
5I am very pleased with this product. It's the first time I've tried this, and am very pleased so far (1 1/5 weeks) on. I would have preffered a few more savoury meals, but I do have a sweet tooth so not all that bad 

Eggs, Pizza & Pancakes!!!!
5I have been on the exante total solution programme for 2 weeks and have lost 11 pounds. I am now only overweight (Yaaaaaay!!) instead of obese and am feeling healthier and happier than I have felt in ages. The eggs are absolutely fantastic, and by covering the pan, the omelette rises to about an inch thick! The pancakes are wonderful, so tasty and filling. The sausage mix makes a fab burger, and is really spicy and hits the spot. However, the chocolate chip cookie is awful, tastes so synthetic and I really could not eat another as long as I live. I also bought the mulled wine powder and treat myself at night to a steaming cup of "alcohol". You only need about half a tsp to make a tasty drink. More than that, and it tastes too overpowering! The peach drink powder is also fab. I mix with sparkling water and sip it from a wine glass, which makes me feel like its cocktail hour. It also makes great ice lollies, which feel like a naughty treat! I am naturally fit and active, and have found on days where I exercise more than 20 mins, I need a little extra. I find that a tin of drained tuna gives me the calories and protein that I crave without any extra carbs or sugar, and it seems to assist the weight loss. I am confident that I will continue to lose weight using exante products and even have a few meals out planned in the next few weeks where I will eat sensibly, and not feel that I have fallen off the wagon! Having tried slim fast in the past which never worked, i am really pleased with exante and my advice to any sceptics, is to give it a try, You have nothing to lose.....except weight!!! I hope you all enjoy the products as much as I have and I wish you every success. x

Exante 4 week plan (Sam Bailey)
4I was sceptical about this kind of plan but I'm off on my holibobs and really needed to lose weight and prefably quickly! I choose the Sam Bailey plan as it was a good price and had a variety of products! I love the pizza all the bars the eggs pancakes salted caramel pudding well most of it really and best of all I lost 9lb in the first week! If I'm honest I have only felt hungry a couple of times and it's made me realise I don't need a huge meal to feel satisfied! So thanks exante I will definitely be wearing my bikini on my holiday x

Great way of trying new products
5I was very impressed with the flavour of some new products, like the beef and black bean, the curry and rice, plus the chocolate cookie. The package includes a good mix of bars, shakes, gooey puddings and meals, great for anyone trying Exante for the first time. The pack also included Sam's autograph and book.

Good range of foods
4This has a large range of products which I liked 70% of. The majority are very tasty and filling. Others can taste unpleasant but edible (but that's just my taste). All in all I am very happy with this product and am steadily losing the weight I want :-)
