Easy Dieting
4Loved this diet. Only problem is the main meals of Shepherd's Pie, Spaghetti Bolognaise are not very nice, I was not looking forward to having to eat them! Loved the soups and shakes though, they are really tasty.

Alot better than I expected
5Bought the months supply so a mix of everything. Like the ready meals and bars best, so so keen on the soups. Alot easier than I though and tasted alot better than I thought. Just completed week 1 ready meals taste quite good esp spaghetti and the chilli, bars are heavenly heated up in microwave, make cake, yummy. Lost 9 pounds in first week.

Mostly Good
5I was shocked by how much I actually liked the food in the 4 week pack. For the type of food that it is it is actually quite tasty. The only exception that I would make to that is the shakes; I just cannot stomach them. They don't taste nice, the consistency is funny, and no matter how hard I try I cannot get rid of all the lumps. I bought extra soups so that I don't have to have the shakes. The soups are lovely and so easy to prepare. The dinners are OK, but there isn't much difference in taste between them. The porridge is good- except the artificial sweetener is a little over powering. But these are minor issues really. I tried some of the snack bars, and I wish that you had included them in the pack. A) Because I prefer them to the shakes B) They are great for if you're in a rush and have to shove something in your bag for later. And C) Because it is nice to actually have something solid to chew on. Having different textures is important. Overall, I would recommend Exante to anyone wishing to loose weight.

Groupon 4 week pack: shakes, soups and meals
4I purchased my first exante pack through groupon. I'm now near the end of my 3rd week and it has gone very well so far. Weight loss after 2 weeks was 6,6 kg. After the first week I already purchased through another groupon offer 40 bars of Red berry. And shortly after that another 2 weeks stash through an offer from exante so I have a stock of 8 weeks all together to ensure that I continue with the diet. I love the strawberry, banana and chocolate shake, the vanilla is a bit tasteless in my opinion. I really like the pasta carbonara, the thai-, veg- and mushroom soup. I also like the porridge, especially the apple cinnamin one. The spaghetti bolognese, the tomato soup and the sheperds pie are not my favorites. The Red berry bar seems to taste every time a bit better (I got 40 of them so I just have to use them!;) but the mushroom risotto made me gag and most likely ruined my love for risotto!;). But so great to have so many choices and I'm glad I purchased at first the 4 week bumper pack to try so many different things out. GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT DIET AND GREAT SUPPORT!:) THANK YOU ALL!

Great taste! Great Loss!
5Purchased and delivered in a few days, great delivery and packaging. Started the diet (Total) the following day and it has been 1 week and I have lost half a stone already! Exceeded my expectations completely and am very pleased so far. I have to admit it has not been easy and there have been times when I have wanted to give in but I am determined to lose weight for my Wedding which is in 7 weeks!! One thing I must say is that the meals are delicious which was unexpected, I thought they would taste bland but they all taste delicious and I actually look forward to my evening meal and my partner even says they smell delicious! I look forward to seeing how the next few weeks go!!

Overall tastes good
4Have to say wasn't convinced, but the drop in inches speaks for itself! Not a lover of the meals- the husband likes them so that's a bonus! The shakes, soups & porridge are all great. I also bought the chocolate mint shakes which are lovely. Very pleased! 

Fitness Combination
5I've used this diet as a replacement for fitness diet. My main aim was and is to reduce my fat and get lean muscles. I am actively exercising for last 3 years in a gym. I already got my shape, but due to load I wanted to eat something in the evening (a bit put fat on top).I tried to drink pure proteins, but it did not work for me, I still wanted to eat more and felt hunger. This easy following diet plan helped me to stop eating after exercises and reduce few cm of my body. I am following this diet for a week now, having 2 food replacement at work (breakfast and lunch) and having one of suggested recipe (max 600 kcal) for my dinner. Between breakfast and lunch I was including 1-2 fruits (apples mostly) and morning cup of espresso. What I like about this diet, it helps not to loose muscular mass, but to burn fat only. Also it contains set of vitamins to keep your daily active and perform well during intensive trainings. After stopping exante and coming back to your normal food consummation, I would suggest to come back gradually into your habits.

5Fantastic, lost 1 stone in 12 days, easiest diet I have ever been on, and believe me I have tried most. Soups, shakes and porridge are tasty but I am not so keen on the spaghetti Bolognese or carbonara a strong artificial taste. I would definitely recommend to any one, it is a good kick start to getting the weight you want to be.
