Excellent package

Purchased this pack at an unmissable price, no excuse to try out the vlcd. Brilliant way to buy a mixed combination of the various drinks and meal replacements.. Easy to taste and good flavours. Plenty of tips and tweaks to add / change flavours if you feel the need on the forums.

6 week plan

I've started the 6 week plan today. I'm aiming to have 2/3 packs a day with one meal every so often when having 2 packs. I'm actually really impressed by the taste of the packs I've had so far (toffee caramel shake and pasta carbonara). Definitely flavours I don't find repulsive at all. I've tried shakes before which taste really floury and have lots of undisolved bits but this was really lovely.

1st week

I've just finished my 1st week. I'm feeling fantastic,lost 11lb.I've used a similar diet program on and off for the last few years using 4 packs a day , I find the exante products much nicer, because you only get 3 packs a day they fill you up more because the calories are devided by 3 not 4 all the products seem far tastier and more filling, really looking forward to my next week.

Excellent food packs 5 *

Hi. I received my food pack a coupke of weeks ago and really enjoy the products. I purchased one of the 6 week bumper packs with a mixture of shakes soups and hot foods. Next time however I will mix and match as there are certain flavours I prefer to others. Cant wait to see the weight drop off (hooefully) as I get married in July abroad in Kos. Hooe this diet is the start of a new me. Thanks for the kick start u need. X

Very good mixture of products in this pack it was a good way to try more of the range which has proofed to be a lot more tasty and value for money too
