5:2 shakes
Was a little bit worried that the shakes would be overly sweet but they are fine and taste lovely not like others I have tried that taste like powder would recommend

All of the shakes taste like they have a vanilla base. They also all leave a weird aftertaste.

Not very tasty
To be perfectly frank, the shakes are a bit nasty. The vanilla is just about tolerable but I haven't been able to finish the other flavours I have tried. Combined with healthy eating and exercise I have lost about 5lbs in the last couple of weeks but I have only been able to have a shake once a day because honestly I couldn't stomach any more. I also asked for some different flavours due to personal taste and customer services have never got back to me after 2 weeks. All in all, although perhaps they're working, I won't be able to complete the 8 weeks because of the taste of the shakes.

I didn't know what to expect but these shakes are really lovely. they make you feel satisfied and the flavours are lovely. So pleased I bought them. Hopefully I'll get some good results.

Delivery came very fast all milkshake/smoothies are all very tasty and they fill you up. I've lost a lot of weight and I recommend it to anybody this is the best and only diet I can actually say I haven't felt hungry and I've stuck to it excellent results

I am new to Exante but have seen the results that can be achieved from my sister in law. The shakes are delicious  and filling. The coconut one is divine its my favourite I'm quite disappointed that today is not a shake day.

These shakes are excellent, tasty & creamy & so easy to make. I love the 5:2 plan & using exante shakes takes the stress out of it! 3 shakes each of my 2 fast days & bam, done! My favourite this week is banana flavour! Yum! I whizz it up in my blender, add ice & enjoy! You won't be disappointed!

I have tryed to do the 5:2 myself and managed ok, but when I saw the shakes Ithought ok I will give it ago. I was not to sure how I would go with them as I am not a shake kind of person, I thought they would taste powdery, and no filling well let me tell you they are not powdery at all and of all the fab kinds of shakes Ionly not like one and thats the coconut, the rest even the bananna are lovely, and are all very filling
