first time mix pack
4i am on the 4th day of the exante diet, I am having a shake, soup and meal plus water and fruit throughout the day. up to know I feel full and are finding it easy. all the meals are tasty looking forward to trying all the different flavours

5Being honest I wish in the box I had bought there was more variety for the 2 weeks but I really enjoyed the shakes they are fabulous my favourite the meals are ok it was shepherds pie and pasta carbonara I didn't like the vegetable soup at all tried once and didn't have again :-( porridge and apple and cinnamon porridge real yummy would really like to try more products for different tastes to keep me motivated to stay on this fab diet Many thanks Debs x

Exante diet review
4I ordered the 4 week mixed bumper pack, started the diet a week ago, and already I am noticing a difference in weight and inches. The shakes, bars and soups so far have been delicious. I'm following the working solution diet it is the best diet I can see out there, it's been easy to follow simply because of the convenience to make the shakes and soups up as you go along, and you are not constantly weighing your food up like with other diets. The first 3 days were the hardest as I did feel hungry but after day 3 that feeling of hunger subsided and was left feeling full on my 400 calorie meal. I'm looking forward to the end results.

2 week diet
4I am on day 5 of my 2 week diet and have already lost 3lbs which is fab. This diet is so easy as the replacements taste lovely. Would definitely recommend this diet to others.

5Have nothing negative to say at all, -easy ordering system -cheapest meal replacement I could find -fast delivery -on line forum & support -all flavours are edible -would 100% recommend -am down 16lb in a week and a half, delighted X -if you considering it , go for it ;)

4Booklet is good as it is short and sweet. Not too many technical terms etc.

Fantastic
5Having tried Lioptrim before and struggled due to the horrible soups and bars I tried Exante with trepidation. Well I'm now nearly 2 weeks into the diet and all I can say is sits fantastic. I bought the 4week mixed bumper pack, which is a mixtures of soups, bars and shakes in various flavours. The shakes are gorgeous, bars delicious (and moreish!) and soups good. The diet itself is easy to follow and so far I've lost 10lbs! 100% recommend I

My first 4 days on Exante ......
4Only been on diet 4 days, first impressions enjoying almost all of the meals. Love the porridge and shakes, spaghetti bolognase and carbonara favourite meals. Like veg soup but not too keen on tomato and basil not much flavour, quite disappointing. Now I have got into how to make the meals enjoying better. Not tried everything yet. Wish I'd got the drink and bars. Can't believe I have not been hungry, feel so well and can see results already. Which is motivation to keep going. Found if I take milkshake with me when I meet friends for lunch I don't have to miss out. That's where the bars would come in handy too. Found that im not going to the toilet though, been constipated for the last 3 days. But don't feel bloated for the first time in years. Tried to download app on my iPhone but it won't install. Wish I'd done thus years ago, thank goodness you put on groupon. Otherwise would have been too expensive for me. Perhaps you could do more offers making more affordable. Reccomending to all my friends :-))

First week
4I ordered the bumper pack . I was nervous yet excited to start a new diet journey. I have approx 8 stone to lose and with tasty shakes,filling meals and warm Thai soup to keep me going I can see improvements on my waistline already. Can't wait for my new delivery to try the double choc bar. The only thing my taste buds are missing is choc so can't wait to try x
