Fantastic Results
4I tried this diet initially for 2 weeks via Groupon and had such great results I continued and apart from the odd treat and weekend of splurges I am still doing it today. This is the only VLCD that doesnt leave me with hunger pangs, when I've have any of my meals/shakes I'm full. I have a variety of shakes, soups and meals and they are surprisingly delicious although I do find the porridge a tad hard to enjoy. I even use some of the chocolate shake in a coffee for a mocha and the vanilla for a latte, hot and yummy and add herbs and spices to some of the other dishes. When I first tried this plan I did get headaches for 2 days but I've read that this is all normal as your body goes into ketosis, it is sooo easy to follow and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight, I started at 200lbs on the 14th of January 2014 and today, 20th of February 2014 I'm at 174lbs.

5a small brown envelope arrived ,is that all i said to the courier seems very little for the money i was somewhat dissapointed, but soon i was in receipt of a large box of neatly packed foil wrapped goodies.Sheperds pie vanilla shake really filling soups all ready to go with little preparation. OK some flavours are a bit "iffy". but a bit of seasoning made a lot of difference after all each to his own taste,I work nights so soup the mixer and a hot flask are all i need no more crumbs and crisps messing up my work van and i've saved money no more late night stops at the supermarket for price reduced cakes ! .I actually look forward to my meal so im not snacking .First week in im 13 pounds down and my jeans are falling off,well nearly certainly much bigger .i feel full ,i feel better and im looking forward to summer and going swimming again all because of a box of foil wrapped meals.xx

5It's a really handy guide to have, it has all the information you need about all the diet plans you can do, and what are made up of each plan. It also gives you some great success stories and advice to help keep shedding off those pounds on the scale!

4Good selection of food to stop anyone getting bored however although the shakes and porridge were great the thai soup-I couldn't eat and the the other main meals had a strong after taste that lingered in the mouth. I have however lost 5 IBS in one week and being only one stone off my goal weight I am pleased.

5i found this booklet very helpful with the types of ways that i can diet and it also has recipies that i have followed sucesfully, i still refer to it from time to time as i am new to exante but so far a happy success :)
