Delicious Exante Cousine
5All meals are delicious, filling, rich in flavour and have a very appetising smell. When I have any of them, it's like I'm not depriving myself from anything. They satisfy all tastes and I think is nice to have a warm meal when you are on this sort of diet. Red Chilli Bean, Shepard's Pie and Spaghetti Bolognese have a nice thick consistency, just like the real meals. Red Chilli Bean is a bit spicy and also has a few beans in it. Spaghetti Bolognese and Pasta Carbonara have a few noodles in. Although the Pasta Carbonara has a thinner consistency, the taste of smoked cheese is divine (I love cheese in general). The Spaghetti Bolognese have a subtle garlic flavour. Shepard's Pie is my favourite; it has an onion flavour and perfect mix of herbs and spices. YUMMM for all as I'm always looking forward to have them! As an advice, I'd add less water to the Pasta Carbonara and a bit more water to the Spaghetti Bolognese and Red Chilli Bean meals. If you like tasty food that keeps you full, I would recommend you try all of them. I think it's brilliant that on this diet there are these meals so that when starting to eat again normally, one doesn't overdue it because they missed them too much.

5I recently purchased meal replacement products from another company and was very dissapointed, I then ordered Exante products after being recommended by a friend and what a difference! The apple and cinnamon porridge and the bars are fantastic!

Double Choc bars
5Bought a box of 50 after an initial order of a few with shakes and meals. Oh these bars are so scrummy and the taste is to die for. Taste like a full fat naughty choc bar. I found they are slightly soft so tried placing in the fridge but best results are placing in the freezer for 24hr before eating. They are like a choc ice with crisp crackly outer coating of real choc. They are not that hard that you break your teeth as still slightly plyable but last little longer and brings out the flavour. If you want you could suck the crispy outer choc off like a choc ice. Ooh want another now ï’¯
