First week on diet and lost 9lbs!!!! Am chuffed to bits, like both the bars and all the shakes and soup - 3 weeks to go and 13lbs left to come off, think I should do it.......

The diet booklet was extremely helpful in helping to choose which program to choose and was clearly laid out. Only real negative was that it didn't include the total plus program in it which would have been really useful as if I'm feeling weak willed this is what I aim to stick to. But over all very good!

i have just started this programme and so far the meals and bars are all tasty and filling, i would definitely recommend this as it seems to be easy to follow without being hungry, i am having the meal option but being strict with what i eat, i am enjoying having steak with salad or a form of meat with salad and it is very satisfying hope you all find it as easy as i am L

Hi I have been doing the diet for 8 days and its going well, I have tried a variety of food packs my favourites are porridge and the red been chilli.The porridge is very creamy and tasty better than original porridge. Im not keen on the shakes but overall good food pack's and reasonable price, doing well have lost 8lb inthe first week am pleased with the results.

I have only been on exante for a week and already I have lost 8 pounds I feel great and am so motivated. The packs are really nice and the bars tasty. Looking forward to loosing big with exante

Soups and Bars

Teh soups are really filling and full of flavour and the bars are delicisious. this is a great diet and esy to follow.
