Excellent Exante!
5I have had the best results using Exante than from any other diet I have tried, and I have tried many! I opted for the bumper pack of shakes and have not been disappointed with the flavour options! Having just completed my first month, I have lost 12 pounds! It's so easy, no counting calories, or being on a red day or a green day. I can highly recommend this and I'm looking forward to achieving my goal!

1 week in!
4! week in and i lost 8lbs! well chuffed however trying to complete another total solution week then going onto working solution. I feel that I need more calories because of going to the gym so three times a week and i get tired very easily. After that if i have lost more weight i will try the intermittent fasting 5:2 level. I brought the bumper pack and the only ones i do not like are the red berry bars and double chocolate bars, i have to drink water with every bite they are so sweet and not nice to chew on. In addition I ordered some meals such as spagetti bol and red chilli bean both nice along with the maple pancakes which ok as well. The curry isn't great and really could eat it all so i won't be ordering that again!. Previously i have done the Cambridge diet and so far think Exante is good and a lot cheaper. Will update with next weeks results finger crossed x

5Taste is a very personal thing so what I view as not tasty may not be the same for others. When I first started the Exante diet (600 kcal a day) I ordered the 2 week starter pack with bars, shakes and soups to try the different products. The bars are really tasty and very filling. The shakes, all flavours are creamy and taste natural. The first time I used the shakes I tried to shake the water and powder by hand in the Exante Diet shaker bottle, but it stayed really lumpy, so you definitely need an electric blender or mixer. A bit annoying when you are on the way or travelling and in a hotel. The soups are tasty except for tomato/basil. The porridge is my favourite. The worst taste ever, way way too sweet are the double chocolate and red berry bars, but that may be I'm not a big fan of chocolate. Last week I ordered a few ready meals and haven't tried it but will let you know. For me it's so convenient you know exactly how many calories are in a meal. The diet is great, I feel great, hungry sometimes.. but no pain no gain

Great products
5Have just lost my first stone and am so pleased with the products. I love the Red Berry Bar which other people do not. All the products are tasty and I am just delighted to have found a diet that actually works for me. Have already recommended it to loads of people but forget to tell them to mention me!!! If I can do this ANYONE can. Give it a go.

East diet plan
5I lost 7lbs after my first week which I'm very pleased about. Exante is easy to follow and the shakes are tasty with a great variety of flavours to choose from. I ordered a months worth and received 20 free chocolate bars. Delivery Is quick and efficient. I would recommend this diet to anyone seriously thinking of losing a lot of weight.
