Helpful and informative
5This booklet is great for giving extra tips or advice, I haven't used it too much yet as I'm only on week 2 of the TS plan, but will definitely be keeping it nearby for when I'm on week 4!

5Ordered some bars as were tired of the meals and they were yummy especially the chocolate orange one. The double chocolate bar tasted like a brownie perfect for those who need a chocolate fix!!!!!

exantellent products
5Having done the other famous meal replacement diet I know it works,so have just started this more reasonably priced diet plan ,only three days in but 3lbs off already so Im on target , love the apple and cinn porridge ,more flavours please cos you really feel satisfied ! so far so good long way to go but as I dont feel hungry its not SO bad,pasta carbonara tonight absolutely delicious too ,having bought the starter pack and a weekly pack I feel there are maybe to many hot meal packs ,the ratio seems abit off not enough porridge or breakfasts in general so maybe the 6 week pack will mix it up a bit ,Im trying not to eat all the most favorite things first and working 3 days with no access to a microwave you have to take the shake or bar option ,it takes a bit of thinking about planning is essential to keep the motivation up , very pleased at this point !!!!!!!!!!

5The Exante Diet booklet was very informative and gave me a lot of key information to enable me to reduce my weight safely, quickly and enjoyably. I will and have recommended this diet as I think it is an Amazing way to help me get to my new shape!

Diffrent VLCD
5This is the 3rd diffrect VLCD diet ive tried, this time i did it to kickstart my weightloss after vacation. Im doing a 4 weeks diet and its working great. ive tried 3 diffrest VLCD diets and this has been the best so far. im on week 3 now. I like that there is more "food" like courses such as the pasta dishes etc, instead of just cold shakes. Great product. i have recommended it to many people!

Excellent tool
5I found this booklet fab as I can carry it around in my bag so I could check in the early days that I was doing everything right. It's full of fab info and recipes that are great. What I most like is how easy it is to read, all the other diet books are full of hard jargan that is impossible for dieters to understand. Great tool to have ......thumbs up!!

5Great booklet lots of very useful information and advice would be good if you could produce the veg/salad list inside along with the amount of unlimited items as another page but other than that would definitely buy or get
