Great Clear & Simple to Follow!!
5Finally a diet that comes with a little book with all the info you need in clear simple form... I've spent years tryinh to follow diet plans where they try to blind you with science & information overload, this is by far the most effective easy to follow plan out there!!!

Booklet new best friend
5Ok so at 1st I was like what's this booklet I read it later then u just looked at the 1st page and thought wow this is really good to know while on this diet,I now ready or every night to keep myself on track or if I want up change my plan I go back and check I'm doing it right! And you have all the info to achieve your goal especially with the online support eg Facebook then you even get recipes like you won't get stuck on what to eat on your plan! You also get the instructions how to make ur meals shakes and soups! I love this book and you will to iv now lost 14lb in my 1st week yay thank you!

5All the products are excellent. I am dieting for the first time and it very easy to follow. I am happy with all the products especially shakes - I love strawberry & Banana.

5I have just completed 9 days of the Exante Total Diet. I have lost 5lbs. I am extremely pleased because for the last 6 years I have tried conventional diets for weight loss and have seldom managed to lose more than 2/3lbs and found the process difficult and unpredictable because it usually meant counting calories and assessing portions. I believe my metabolic rate has dropped and is slow as a result of yo-yo dieting! The first 3 days were difficult because my energy levels dropped and I felt cold, my weight was unchanged, perhaps my body was unable/unaccustomed to burning up it's resources. After 3 days this changed, and I was able to work normally, my mind was alert and I no longer cold! The needle on the scales was shifting! Each day a weight loss! SO ENCOURAGING! My energy has increased and I am motivated to exercise! No requirement to calorie count or difficult portioning its all done for me. I find the shakes taste better if I add 200ml more water. It is win win at the moment!

exante is the way forward
4Shakes,soups and meals are all tasty. The shakes are particularly nice. First three days were hard but since then I no longer feel hungry. Its not a programme for somebody that lacks commitment or willpower but if your determined that you really want to loose weight, exante is fab for that. Possibly the cheapest and also the tastiest amongst like products within the meal replacement category. Ive lost 6lb in my first week after I had hit a plateau on other diets and nearly resided in the fact I was never going to loose my post baby weight. Exante's results have given me the encouragement to stick at the 6-week programme I have embarked upon.

the best diet ever
5I tried all diets in the world and accidentally found this on facebook. Don't even know how to thank exante for products. I do not feel hungry and loose weight extremely fast!!! Products were nicely packed and they taste great. Facebook group gives me a lot of support and motivation. If I would have to recommend a diet it definitely would be exante!!! Thank you a lot for new me :-)
