5These are the nicest shakes I have ever tried, from the box of 7 I have most enjoyed the coconut, strawberry, banana and chocolate flavours. I have since ordered another 14 then today another 42, I have a shake about 12/1pm when I start feeling hungry, another about 4/5pm to tide me over until I have fed/bathed the children then have my dinner about 7.30/8pm, i've been having a low carb dinner of fish with cauliflower/broccoli/carrots and sweet potato or a subway salad. In my first week I lost 8lb and can feel it/see it the area which bothers me most (mummy tummy) so I am delighted. Its worked for me as I have not had to think about it all ive had to do is throw a couple of sachets and a shaker in my bag, I find when I follow other plans all I do is THINK about food!

4I have tried different shakes before and I am pleasantly surprised with these, I find them easy to drink and up to now the only one I don't like is the cheesecake flavour. I have reordered 14 more and then I ordered 65 more. So I think that speaks for itself, I am delighted with the product.

5This is my first time of using Exante. I only started on Monday 25 April. I am trying two shakes/soups and then a healthy dinner in the evening. I started with the box of 7 shakes just to see whether I like them and I do. They are tasty, easy to make and don't leave a powdery taste in your mouth. I will admit that it is odd not 'eating' especially at lunch when colleagues are munching but I am not hungry and have not snacked either. The good thing also is that I keep most of them at work for breakfast and lunch and I don't end up spending loads of money on food, I just need to choose a flavour which I fancy. I ordered another box and some soups, which arrived today, to see how I get on with those. I had a soup for lunch, Red Thai Chicken and it was rather tasty. A little hint of a kick but not too much. I weighed myself on Monday but am waiting until next Monday to weigh again so I am hoping for a loss. I do however feel lighter and my stomach is not as bloated as I believe that gluten bloats me. Roll on the rest of the week to see how I go and hopefully keep ordering!!!

5First time of buying these shakes and they are very tasty and creamy Bars are also lovely with lots of flavour

5These shakes are excellent, you wouldn't even think of them as "Diet" Not had a flavour I've disliked yet and look forward to having them.
