Exante shakes
5The shakes are very good. I'm just using them twice a day and having a meal at night. I was a little hungry at first but soon got into the swing of them. They are so easy to mix with the special two bottles that are provided for you. I was so surprised with the number of different shakes that are available and they taste pretty good. There are other products too, which I must admit I haven't tried yet but I will look at the bars that help you along your way too. It was,quite easy to order and within a few days they were delivered to my door. Very pleased,so far.

5Iv never tried to loose weight in the past using drinks ,however I must say Exante products are fantastic.They give me the chocolate hit I miss when cutting down on fatty foods.I have only just started 2 weeks ago and when I replace a meal I am not hungry or snacking nefore my next meal.

Good Kick Start Regime
4I needed to lose some pounds after Christmas and New Year and even more generally and just couldn't get round to it. I decided to try this diet via a voucher offer. The shakes are more or less what I expected and came with a free shaker which makes life easy. Generally I like the flavours I received but I add more water than the 200cc suggested as I found it a bit too thick. To supplement the meals I replace with the shakes I eat some fruit and several times I have poured some of the shake over breakfast cereal (low fat and sugar of course!) I know this type of diet is not for long term as you need to achieve good eating habits but I have lost several pounds over the first ten days and would consider buying more products to help out with the overall weight loss regime.

4I bought the 2 week diet shakes and have to say they are very nice, i mixed them up into three so when i pick them out of the box i dont know what im getting which is a surprise and it wont always be the same. they are easy to make and drink and would recommend them.

2 week pack
4Bought via Groupon after being recommended by a colleague. Only on day 3 but of the 6 shake flavours I've tried they are all palatable and some are especially nice - choc mint, cherries and berries. Too early to tell on weight loss but so far so good.

5Fast deliver, excellent products. I have lost 5lb in a week with no hunger pangs at all! I am having 3 shakes a day + a 200-300 cal meal (protein and veg, no carbs), feeling good and can see difference already. I was bit dubious when I purchased this product but having tried it would recommend it as an easy and fast start to loosing weight. I have purchased 6 weeks of product and I hope to loose at least a stone in that time......fingers crossed!

Excellent value for money and taste
5Love the choice of flavours available and haven't found a single one that I don't like. I've struggled with weight gain for a while but this works brilliantly and tastes even better. I've lost 12lb in two weeks and have got loads more energy. Would recommend to anyone and have already got 3 of my mates started after seeing my weight loss

Great products
5I recently purchased the 2 week meal replacement mixed shakes pack and am on day number 4. So far so good the flavours are really varied so I'm not getting bored and they taste amazing not too sweet and they don't taste of powder like so many other brands. I decided to go for a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch followed by a sensible meal in the evening and it's very achievable. I'm not feeling hungry until just before my next shake or my meal and I know I am feeling physically hungry and not just mentally hungry which spurs me on. Hoping to see results but keeping myself to a weekly weight check. I will certainly be buying this again and am thinking that even when I am down to my goal weight I might replace breakfast with these shakes as they taste so good.
