Tasty and easy
5Bought the shakes on a Groupon deal. Myself and hubby wanting to lose weight ready for our holiday in 3 months . Now on day 4 . The flavours are so varied and tasty you don't have chance to get bored . So far so good as I've lost 2lbs already . Will definitely be buying some more

great flavours
5I was a bit reluctant about ordering such a large amount, as tried similar diets and found the flavours synthetic and ended up chucking away a lot, hence failing on the diet. But pleasantly surprised with the Exante flavours, great selection and every one really great tasting.

Awful!
1Honestly, I can see why this works for some people, because you pretty much starve yourself. The milkshakes, if you can call them that don't even taste like the flavour on the packet. The amount of water that they say to add, which is 200mls makes the drink taste like flour, and quite honestly the first day I went to have the blueberry one and I was instantly sick. Same with the Chocolate, the Banana and the berry. I'm not sure if I'm allergic or if it truly is just an awful diet. I do not suggest at all.

So pleased with the result so far
5Have been on the total plan for 12 days now and have gone from 11st 2lb to 10 st 5lb. Im delighted with the results. Going to start replacing a shake with 1 meal a day from the list of allowed foods so i can start to get used to food again! It has really made me appreciate portion size again and the taste of food. It was exactly what i needed to give me a kick start in losing weight again. Would definitely recommend. The plan is easy to follow and once the first couple days (which are the hardest!) Are out the way its quite easy. I've not felt hungry at all.

Fab product, would recommend
5I recently purchased a 4 week supply of shakes and am very impressed. Delivery was quick, and the variety is amazing! The shakes themselves all taste great and I don't feel hungry! So far, so good....thumbs up from a happy customer!
