Hearty and warming, our Exante Diet Porridge Oats offer you a delicious and nutritious meal any time of day. Specially formulated to be high in protein and enriched with vitamins and minerals, a single serving of our diet porridge contains a 3rd of your daily RDA.
Use our healthy diet porridge daily as a meal replacement, or consume 4 products per day alone (as directed), for your full daily RDA intake as part of an Exante Diet fast weight-loss meal plan.
How to cook:
- Add 200mls of cold water to the packet contents in a bowl
- Stir well to incorporate all the powder
- Place in microwave for 2 mins 30 secs, stopping to stir frequently (although microwaves do vary so monitor carefully to make sure you don’t overcook).
- Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. If a thicker consistency is preferred leave to stand for up to 5 minutes

I wasn't looking forward to trying it but was really pleased. No problem eating this in the morning and bought loads of them.

not too bad
The first time I used the porridge I obviously followed the directions of how to make it up which are printed on the front of the packet. However when I opened the microwave, the porridge had boiled over the top of the bowl & all over the inside of the microwave. I was a bit disappointed that a packet had been wasted. I found 2 blasts of a minute & a half is way, way too much. Obviously you would adjust cooking times to suit your own microwave but I recommend that you keep an eye to it so it doesn't boil over as it's not easy to clean up! When you've found the right cooking time, it actually tastes lovely & creamy, & it's very filling too.

Just like usual porridge, for a small portion is definitely fills you up! Lovely and creamy.
