Creamy porridge

Porridge is a great snack for in between lunch and dinner. Its creamy and sweet and really fills you up.

Not good

This is a bit of splodge and tasteless but is edible as part of the plan. If you can get past eating what feels and looks like a bowl of glue, it's OK. As most of the items I tried, it does surprisingly keep you full.

porridge oats

Ive always eaten porridge cold when i eat normal porridge i even eat ready brek cold. So i was a little dubious to eat this hot but i followed the instructions and its amazing ive only tried this and the pancakes for breakfast and this wins hands down look forward to eating it once every two days

I'm really sorry but the porridge was awful & made me feel quite sick... I couldn't finish it & threw the remaining packets out. Very disappointed! I even added some fruit but it made no difference.

Nice porridge

Previously tried porridge from another meal replacement company and didn't think i would ever be able to do eat it from a packet again. that said exacta's porridge is great - has flavour to it and appreciate something different to a shake. defiantly a nice alternative ;-)

Satisfying at any time of day.

I absolutely love this porridge. At first I wasn't sure but made it with a little less water than specified (I like my porridge thick) and became an instant fan. Really warming and filling, these are not just for breakfast.
