5A year ago I went on a diet and lost a stone in a month. Since then I have just had a shake for my breakfast plus the occasional soup or pancake for my lunch, and I am happy to say that despite being naughty and having the occasional binge, my weight has stayed the same.

5These shaker bottles are so useful for meals on the go. I take water in mine and then add the Exante powder and the shaker when I am ready to enjoy a meal. A good shake of the bottle and I have a lovely and thick milk shake.
