Shaker bottle
5I ordered the 4 week starter pack and re pieced the shaker as part of it, I didnt use it to start with as thought I'd be okay but then used it on day three and oh my goodness it definately makes a huge difference to the texture and taste of the shakes and j havent looked back since , it's an amazing piece of equipment and an absolute essential.

5I got this to go with my starter Kit,Fab shaker, super handy for when out and about. Mini whisk inside is great to help mix your shake . No need to use a glass.....simply drink you shake straight from the shaker.

Bottle shaker
4Good bottle, not sure if it’s dishwasher or microwave safe as no guidance provided. Make sue the white tip is correctly sealed when shaking or the meal will come out, also make sure the lid is screwed on correctly or the contents will splash out When drinking move bottle to side or the white top goes up your nose

Great little shaker
5This is a great little shaker. I got it for free with my purchase of the 4 week bundle. It is perfect for all my shakes and has a handy little whisk in it. The whisk gets out all the lumps. Perfect size aswel.

2The cap on the pourer does not close. It spills everywhere when being shaken, even when you keep your thumb in it

Take the shake
5Loved the handy bottle for the shake. A perfect size to transport in a busy work schedule. Loved all shakes make and ready to go for the day. Much easier than low Valerie meal that need heating. Snacks easier to keep the hunger monsters at bay again easy to transport in a busy work schedule. Would recommend to others wanting to start the weight shift.

5Good sturdy bottle, makes making the shakes much easier, and eliminates the need for a whisk or blender, shakes come out smooth and creamy everytime The only downside is you need to press quite hard on the cap to close it so if you have no strength in your thumbs it may be easier to use a different method
