How to use the exante diet 12 Week Classic Shakes 5:2 Fasting Pack?
The 5:2 diet pack can be used for your 2 fasting days each week. Eat healthy, balanced meals 5 days of the week and the other 2 (non-consecutive) days of the week, enjoy 3 exante meal replacement products plus 200 calories of high protein food. All exante meal replacement products are enriched with over 22 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre.

Simply the best,better than all the rest
This is one of the best product I have come across. The taste is great with lots of flavour and easy to make. I was looking to loose weight as well as something to cure my appetite but enjoy what I was having. The best thing is it’s only 200ml of water to make your shake so you can carry this in a bag with a bottle of water and drink it anywhere anytime. It comes with a measuring cup and a little whisk to help make a smooth drink. The savoury products are just as good and again easy to make with hot water. I was making the spicy lentil daal at work and the aromatic fragrance was amazing that my colleague’s were asking me what I was having for lunch as it was making their mouth water. Also I’m not a great fan of strawberry and chocolate shakes usually as it is normally very sickly but I gave it a try and was surprised with the taste as it wasn’t as sweet as I thought so thank you Exante. Finally the price is great and affordable. Oh I nearly forgot the lemon pancakes mix the best tasting pancake ever. I love the exante products so much I am sharing this with my friends and family so they can see and try for themselves. Lastly thank you to the Exante team for making such a fab weight loss product ever with so much choices.
