gluten free pack
Well I've tried nearly every diet you could think of and nothing worked! probably the wrong word, more like suited me! So I looked on line after doctors told me to lose weight and to try protein shakes. I came across exante diet shakes online and thought okay I will give it a go. So I ordered the 2 week gluten free pack to my shock I was surprised how they tasted, more than palatable with a good range of choice. So in my first week I've lost 4Lbs and I'm over the moon. I'm not tired, cranky and more to the point craving food they do fill you up!! but you need to give it chance to work, the process of not chewing is different so do not disregard it as its not enough food. It is trust me! I could put a lot of food away !!! now I'm not interested. I never normally respond to reviews but this is one that needed a shout!! It's worth trying!! and anyone can do it under any circumstances even down to cost with deals you can make a great monthly change to your life!

More Variety Needed
All lovely and tasty, but too many chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Will order individual packs next time to get the flavours I want

Diet works
The exante diet does work, there is no doubt about it and the fact that there are three shakes per day makes it easier in a way to stick to rather than trying to diet on your own and it's exciting to be able to pick out a different flavour shake each meal time. However I must say that the taste of the majority of the shakes were not good, the cherries and berries shake is lovely and the Lin cheesecake isn't bad but to be honest the rest need work, the fact that there were two flavours in the pack that were nice was why I was let down as if they were all bad them you could forgive it in the sense of them being diet shakes but really I don't think there is any excuse for the rest of the flavours I think chocolate and vanilla are the worst of all, I really wanted to continue with the diet however with the flavour choices I'm not sure that is a possibility, sorry exante as the diet does work it's just the flavour that lets it down

Great and easy!
Iv been using these shakes for a while now. They are fab. I'm not going to lie, the shakes are not amazingly tasty. But the are very drinkable and some are nicer than others. I like the fruity ones and toffee caramel. They fill you up nicely. I don't know if it's what the shakes are supposed to do but I haven't had any bad cravings for things,like chocolate etc. I thought my first week on a diet was going to be harder than it was. These shakes helped me alot.
