Very nice
4I am impressed by the variety that comes with this. Being able to make food for dinner that can be chewed is also great. I didn't get on well with some of the savoury options but that's due to personal preference. The shakes are lovely and every thing is so easy to make.

Flavours not as good as I'd hoped
2There are lots of reviews out there saying how amazing Exante is and how lots of the dishes are very tasty, so I wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately the hamper I ordered had a lot of replacements in so not much variety to try - I have been sent tonnes of burger mix, sausage mix, mushroom soups and thai green curry and only a few of the other items which is a shame. The burger and sausages are awful, I cannot stomach them, same with the mushroom and tomato soups. I have not yet tried the thai or Indian curry or eton mess pudding. The sweet and sour noodles taste a bit odd, as does the read bean chilli, but fine if you are willing to go a little over the calorie count and can add something else to give a tad more flavour (such as a salad and tiny bit of cheese or dressing on top). The carbonara is nice enough, the gooey choc pudding tastes just like a melting middle chocolate pudding so that was a real bonus to discover. The shakes are great and the breakfast items are fine. Overall I wasn't expecting gourmet on a replacement diet, mostly everything is passable, but I do feel I've wasted a chunk of money buying the diet which then didn't contain items it was supposed to have in.

4I have been on this diet for a week now and I have lost 7 pound. I wasn't massive to start I weighed 12 Stone 7lb. I am going to carry on until I hit my target ( 10 stone). The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the soups are not very nice at all and put me off but everything else is actually nice. Love the pancakes.

4Very happy with the products! Managed to loose weight quite quickly and I have enjoyed almost every one of the products. Only couple I wasn't pleased with were the soups, I couldn't really stomach the flavour but I found everything else pretty tasty so far!

5I purchased TS a week and half ago and have already lost 10 pounds so pleased as I don't feel hungry the products are tastes too would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight and see quick results

Nice starter pack
4I bought this pack with a view to having everything I needed for the first month. I was slightly disappointed that it didn't contain any bars, but I managed to purchase them with a different offer. This pack contains a wide variety of items which helps if you are unsure which products will suit you. I have managed to figure out my favourites and the products I dislike using this starter pack which has been great for me.
