After one week
5I have only been on the diet for on week and the benefits are starting to show, i have lost 8lb in weight so far. The diet is easy to do and the majority of products are excellent . For myself I'm finding the sausage and eggs slightly too salty but that is down to me as I never cooked with salt. I would recommend this diet as you are eating as well as having shakes and I'm looking forward to more weight loss and placing my next order of the breakfast dinner and lunch 4 week bundle.

so Easy
5I am on my second month and the meal pack is fab, everything is so easy to prepare, tastes great and provides all your daily vitamin and mineral requirements,. Have lost 8lb so far and have not been hungry or bored .as there is so much variety

Value for money
5I purchased the 4 week pack which was great value for money and a great way to have a taster of the different food packs. I found this so easy and would recommend it, as well as doing it again. Great product !!

First week done
5This is so easy to do. No thinking about what to have for meals, so stops you thinking about food all day! The only thing I did not like was the vanilla crispy cereal, but that is a matter of personal taste. Lost 8lbs so far.

Impressed
4I found the majority of the products taste fantastic! Gooey chocolate pudding is my absolute favourite. Wish the diet pack came with bars but I bought them separately so no harm no foul. Not fond of the porridge but otherwise enjoyed all my meals! Bought extra of the curry

better than expected
480% of the product is fine but there are a few that arnt so nice...but this is obviously personal preference. I ordered this pack for a starter as I wanted to try a selection and to help me untill I understood the diet better. I think you should have a section that can be for trades and swaps so that people can choose to send certain ones back to exchange for ones they actually like though. So far so good if you want to lose weight...you definitely will on this diet.

Loads of weight loss
5This 4 wk pack is excellent and is the first Diet that I have stuck to over a period of time. Over 2 stone lost.

4I think this box is definitely good value for money I really don't like the moussaka or the mushroom, thai chicken or tomato and basil soups. Yuck

Easy Plan to Stick to
4I read quite a lot of reviews and they were mostly positive so I thought time a new me with a new diet. Easy to follow, the pack is a great idea apart from a couple of really bad meal packs they are disgusting Beef Casserole and Mousakka if anybody likes them email me I have 9 packs, so I have replaced these meals with bars (So I have spent a bit more money) they are soooooooooooo lush I love them. Week one weigh in today 8 lbs off well chuffed. I thought I may as well be truthful as I never win anything tee hee!! Would have been 5 stars if not for you know what :)
